Review: An A-Z of Extraordinary Extinct Creatures by Dodo & Dinosaur, worth £7.99

Book review by Pia Howe at Toddle About Suffolk & S. Warwickshire

Review:

A colourful picture book featuring twenty-six weird and wonderful dinosaurs, birds, reptiles and mammals brought to life through vibrant illustrations and amusing rhymes.

A must read for every dinosaur fan and great for all children learning their A,B,C and wanting to learn more about these fantastic creatures.

The kids wanted to take turn to choose a letter of the alphabet and the older brother helped the 5 year old to sound out the name of each dinosaur. His favourite was Olive the Oxalaia as it was an aquatic dinosaur. The book has lovely rhymes and is really well written and helps children learning the alphabet. Can highly recommend this book to parents with little ones.

Jill Michelle Smith and Jennifer Watson are a mother and daughter team passionate about creating natural history inspired designs for a young audience in a fun, accessible and original way.

In addition, they use eco-friendly, organic materials to help care for our natural world and their books are printed sustainably in association with World Land Trust.
