Amy, with years of experience working with Mums and their little ones in music and sensory classes, witnessed firsthand how becoming a mother can impact confidence and self-belief. Motivated to make a change, in 2020, she delved into the world of self-development and became a certified coach.

Through her journey, Amy has seen the profound impact of working on mindset. She emphasises the ripple effect, saying, "One of the things I love most about coaching is how the client is able to not only transform how they feel but also positively influence those around them. I have used tools and exercises with my own children to enhance their mental well-being."

Amy firmly believes that when we feel better about ourselves, we show up in a more positive way for our families. She is passionate about this having worked in early years for the last 12 years.

Drawing from her learning and experience, Amy has curated The Confident Mums Club, a monthly membership for Mums to cultivate self-confidence and a resilient mindset. This membership offers flexible trainings that can be completed at your own pace, along with monthly sessions and Q&A opportunities for personalised coaching. Additionally, each month features guest experts offering valuable knowledge on other areas such as dressing for confidence and you & returning to work support.
