Banana, Cinnamon & Coconut Heart Biscuits

Heart BiscuitsThese biscuits are perfect for teething babies - soft enough to mush in their mouths but crisp enough to bite, which helps their teeth push through. They are dairy and egg free.

Ingredients:                                           

2 large bananas (riper the better)
135g rolled oats
8 tbsp. desiccated coconut
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe:

1. Preheat the oven to 180o & line the baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mash bananas well and add in the oats, coconut and cinnamon. Stir well.
3. Use your hands or a cookie cutter to make shapes (here we pressed the mixture into the cutter and popped back out)
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden, then allow to cool on a wire rack,

  1. Decorate with chosen toppings or keep as a teething biscuit.
