The Castle the King Built

Review:

On reading the cover of the book we discovered we could listen to it as an audiobook. So this is how we read the book first. This is a fantastic feature and enabled Alessio to imagine the story from the sounds in the audio while looking at the pictures on each page. Using this feature it tells you/your child when to turn the page. This Is a good feature to keep them engaged in the book.

During the audio as the reader, reads you can hear the noises in the background relating to the story being told, the sound effects enabled Alessio to really interact with the book as though you are watching a short video. Alessio was able to view the book independently once the audio had been set up for him.

The book is a nice size for little hands and the text doesn’t overrule the pictures. This kept Alessio interested throughout the book. At the end of the story the characters seen throughout the book are explained for children to understand who played what role in building the kings castle.

We really enjoyed the story especially using the audio feature.
