Book Review: The Hospital Dog by Julia Donaldson, worth £6.99

Review:

My son loves dogs so we are pleased to see the hero of a book being a dog.

The dog meets different patients on the children's ward and brings them comfort which is later returned in her time of need.

A heart-warming story which also helps build empathy for children in hospital and they feelings they may experience.

Written in rhyme the fantastic text is enriched by beautiful ink drawings that are full of action and expression, with lots of emotion present on the faces of the characters.

I definitely recommend for Julia Donaldson fans and dog lovers!
