Review: I-Spy Out & About Scavenger Hunt Activity Cards, worth £11.25

We were very excited to be offered the chance to review ‘I Spy Scavenger Hunt Cards.’ My 3 year old daughter loves to play eye spy with colours so I knew she would be keen to play with the cards.

The cards are the perfect size to fit in a bag. They come with a dry erase pen attached (great it’s attached less chance of getting lost!). The cards are wipe clean and hard wearing.

The cards are colourful and have pictures of the items you need to find plus the written word. This is great as my toddler can’t read yet but I can show her the word and help her to sound it out.

We enjoyed playing with the cards at the park, using the park, nature and colour cards. They really make you stop and take in your surroundings, looking for things you wouldn’t usually notice! My daughter was determined to find a feather. We had such fun running around the park together looking for the objects.

The ‘cafe’ card is great, it kept her occupied whilst waiting for her lunch. The ‘design your own’ card is also very useful when she didn’t want the fun to stop but I needed to feed her sister. I just drew items I could see in the living room and she enjoyed ticking them off.

The cards now stay in my bag and come with us everywhere. My daughter is keen to take them to a farm and zoo so we are planning some day trips! The road trip card will come in very useful for car journeys and hopefully reduce the “are we there yet?” question!

I rate these 5/5, we will keep playing with them, will recommended to friends and would buy these for a gift for 3-7 year olds.
