Helen qualified as a Reflexologist in 2000 after experiencing fertility issues. Now she is one of the regions leading practitioners, and specializes in treating women for fertility issues as well as throughout their maternity journey. Helen was the first practitioner to offer Baby Reflexology in the region, and mentors and trains others who have gone on to deliver classes themselves. Helen treats babies for reflux and colic, as well as teething, allergies and unsettled babies.
After doing this for a few years, Helen realized that some techniques are easily taught to parents to treat their own babies, and started writing and delivering her own classes and workshops. The online courses are 5 weeks in duration, and include all digital handouts as well as online social interaction inbetween classes, so that parents still get a 'class experience' but at a safe social distance.
