Are you a pregnant mama looking for an intimate group Pregnancy Yoga class to prepare your mind and mind for birth with relaxing yoga?
At Kula Yoga Wellness Studio we offer a weekly Pregnancy Yoga class every Tuesday evening 6 pm - 7 pm.
These sessions are for you if you are craving a bit of R&R during your pregnancy and:
- space to focus on your pregnancy & process the changes you're going through
- more energy
- a gentle, non-strenuous movement class to encourage relaxation, flexibility & strength
- something to help ease your pregnancy problems, e.g. tiredness, back pain, nausea, anxiety, headaches
- emotional balancing
Classes are gentle and slow-paced, offering a unique yogic approach by combining meditation, breathwork, and pregnancy-specific stretches and poses to support your pregnancy and birth journey.
Spaces are limited to 5 spots so you can get individual attention from me and also get to know the other mamas over the weeks before your beautiful babies are born.
