Hi I am Christie and I am a freelance Personal Trainer and Pilates teacher, and a specialist in pre and post natal exercise. I champion the modern woman to return to exercise in a safe and supportive way.
I teach weekly classes and offer a unique pre and post natal fitness class that will leave you feeling strong, connected and energised.
Monday's - MumFit 9:30am
Tuesday's - Pilates 6pm and 7pm
