Redwings Oxhill

Redwings Oxhill, Banbury Road, Kineton, Banbury, Warwickshire. CV35 0RP

Meet over 70 rescued horses, ponies and donkeys nose-to-nose at Redwings Oxhill, including irresistibly fluffy, part-breed Poitou donkey Arya, curious cob Rumpel and beautiful Shire Lady.

The centre, a Visit England Quality Assured Attraction and TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice award winner 2020, is one of five Redwings Horse Sanctuary visitor centres, where animal lovers can get up close and cuddly to its adorable residents and hear their stories.

After a relaxing stroll, you can enjoy a takeaway warm cuppa and tasty snacks from Major's Cafe. The play area will remain closed for now, but our on-site gift shop which offers a wide range of souvenirs is open, with all proceeds supporting the hundreds of animals in Redwings' care.

Having met the centre's lovable residents, you might like to sponsor one of the charity’s adorable Adoption Stars, either for yourself or as a thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one. A year’s adoption costs from just £15!

Entry and parking are free, and dogs on leads are welcome.

Redwings Oxhill is undergoing renovations to our horse care and visitor buildings. Thank you for your patience at this time, and to all our supporters who make these projects possible.

Please check Redwings’ website for opening dates and times – https://www.redwings.org.uk/visiting
